Like I said to you before Leo
this incredible discovery needs to be a full 30 day online course
I think the Tekken 3 OST uses this
Cool as always! Thank you. Can you please make a short on alternate picking?
Also, technically speaking if you use a wound G that gives you a whole extra string,to scrape on lol cause it only works well with the wound strings
i have no idea why but i just don't seem to get any
@@3v3nfl0w do you use high gain and distortion? If not, that may be the problem
Ecerytime i try it i get the biggest goosebumps

all abooooard hahahaha
Pick scrapes are always followed by a giant string slide down to a power chord. That's state law, man!
How about using fingers?
He forgot to tell that scraping direction also matters
"different pitches with different strings"
Damn really??
It usually destroys my thin picks
Thinner picks are better, they get stuck in the grooves of the thicker strings and really make that scrape sound. Also avoid nylon picks
Agreed!
20 hours
is it 5 mm thick?? mine are
Damn! Does 5 mm sound good for pick scrapes?
@@etiennefournier it does for me i guess
i like them because they make my tone a bit darker
So i try it and i dunno how its obv easy but im new do i have to cover all strings with my right hand ? Or does it matter
This is a great question! You don't have to mute all strings with your fretting hand but it could prevent undesired noise. You can pick scrape all three wound strings or only one, do what sounds best to you!
@@etiennefournier ill give it a try thank you means loads
I have a guitar that has two humbuckers, which one is middle? Do I just have to use the middle position?
Middle pickup is presumably the middle selection if its the same pickup selector as in a Gibson Les Paul or any similar models. You can tell if its bridge or neck by listening via tonally (needs training) or a manual of the guitar which can be found online or comes with the guitar
If you have a HH layout, middle position is almost always both in unison
Effect???
Distortion and stereo delay are best for pick slides
