What does the city/county list capacity as? It doesn't appear to be more than 8,000-11,000 that's the size of an average AHL arena. A stadium that size could bring in mid level concerts but still half the size of venues like United Center and Staples Center.

Michael Fioretti One article I read said the capacity is projected to be 17,500.
