NYC is truly my favorite city in the world. It has an indescribable energy and resilience which flows through your veins. I love how walkable it is and that there are so many things to keep you busy.

Prince Street Pizza- everyone and their moms goes here, lil pricy but honestly worth it. The area is cute Elizabeth garden is great if you come in the warmer months and catch a book from the local bookstore Madame Vo- banging pho spot next to village east theatre where you can catch an indie movie in an opera house Modern Love Brooklyn- vegan comfort food that slaps Fish Cheeks (noho)- best Boujee Thai spot Milk bar!! Definitely try some cereal milk ice cream! It’s a die hard love or hate but definitely always worth a shot

You need at least a month in NY to do all the things every time I go home to visit I’m so overwhelmed too because the days go so fast and you have to go go go! Definitely a lot of walking that’s when I realize living in VA has made me lazy touching home is necessary for me it keeps me very balanced and humble
from the looks of it i think you guys stayed in greenpoint which was a good choice! way better than staying in manhattan imo. glad you enjoyed the city can’t wait to see if you guys move here permanently 🤗
