National Day Parade, InterlakenSwitzerland August 1, 2018

While enjoying the Geoff's Tours 12 Day Switzerland by Rails in 2018 we happened to be in Interlaken on August 1, the day of the National Day Parade. Geoff had some kind of rail outing planned for that day, but Nancy was suffering a litttle jet lag, and we needed to do some laundry, so we skipped the planned event and stayed in town. Boy, were we glad we did. Grabbed a pizza and a ring side seat for the parade. It was just special.
