What if . . . no, why would the Universe give me a 2nd chance meeting with some one who I take as a possible SP when I do not want a SP nor manifested any SP?

To spell out more: Two years ago, I met a group new to the area but temporary stay on a random encounter on public transit.
I recorded that I thought one in the group was "cute".
Two years later, I run into the same person again at a concert. Post concert we chatted.
Leaving aside the long dry spell, 😉🙁, I had no interest or desire to meet anyone special. Currently I am in no position to entertain a SP and working on manifesting another desire.
But discovering our mutual interest and and 2nd chance encounter, I developed a bit of a crush.
BUT the annoyance is how they are resistant at being more personal -- they are reluctant and very hesitant self-Initiating volunteering personal information e.g. they have a brother who is a dentist, or I drive a Fiat. Social media stalking, I discover another shared interest. When I hinted at having such a hobby they did not answer back how they too were into the same thing.
Why would the Universe re-introduce me to some one enticing me to desiring a SP but not make the SP elusive?

Asked another way, why is the Universe acting like Apple by introducing me a SP, here SP = my crush, that I did not know I wanted. Especially when I was not desiring any SP.
@@CalBruin I think we are the ones that give it meaning. So, the person would not be your SP unless you thought so. The person would just be a person you met - no title, no attachment, no meaning - - until you give it meaning.
