      Good question! From what I heard from my friends, they just ask the landlord if there is anything they need to know about and usually they bring it up if there are any previous debt issues. Ooo on that note, check if you can get the number of the previous tenant to ask them about their experience at the room and then thats also a good chance to bring it up :) Hope that answers your question!

    Hey I am wandering between Xior and TSH. The only thing that is stopping me from going to the hotel is the socializing part. In Xior I will be only with new students so I will feel more comfortable and I have heard that they have great parties which I love. While at TSH since it is a hotel you probably can not make much noise like in Xior and you will be with different people not only from the uni. So can you give me an advice which is the better option. Also I read some bad reviews on google for Xior (bad conditions of room, poor administration, scamming) and I am not sure if they are relevant today. Thanks in advance. Love you videos.

      @milenamitiko  3 года назад +1

      Hey! Thanks for watching!! So I don't have any personal experience with either but from what I can tell TSH usually provides a better quality of housing than XIOR because they really stick to the "hotel vibe" but I've been to tons of parties at TSH and from my experience making noise is usually not a big problem hahahaha

    I am coming from india for my masters from RUAS and i just need to know about the housing near RUAS and also want to know that that is there any problems in finding part time jobs? And whats the average pay in the same? Will there be a problem in managing our expenses?

      @milenamitiko  3 года назад

      Hi Anshul, glad to hear that the video has helped! If your looking into a part-time job at a restaurant or in retail, if you have previous experience it is usually easy to find a job. When it come to working another field (ex. I work in marketing) it takes a bit of searching but Indeed (the website) is a great platform to look! The average pay depends on your age and I'm quite sure you can find the table online which says how much you would earn. I'm not sure what you mean with a "problem managing expenses" ... could you clarify? Either way I hope this helps and take care!

      Depends where you are from and part time jobs are often minimum wage (which is around 10 euro's). So you can calculate the number. If you are from Europe you pay around 2k a year. If you are from outside of Europe you pay around 15k-30k a year.

      What do you mean? Often you need to make 3 times the rent... That is the basic rule. So yeah. If you want a ''standard'' house you will pay around 1500 a month if you are lucky. So you need to make at least 4500 a month.
