Goalkeeper Inside Training - High Intensity Work in Office

Hello friends, today we did a high intensity strength training. Since we won our 2 matches by forfeit, our coach decided to do some overloading. The game at the end of the training session showed that I was in no shape at all, please excuse me. Have a good time :)
