The concierge character was named Charon, he's pretty badass himself in a fight and very gentlemanly in his concierge role. @32:04, on another RUclips channel a trauma surgeon reviewed that clip. He was asked to determine if John Wick could have survived that protracted fall. He pretty much said hitting all of those surfaces on the way down would have shattered dude’s bones and internal organs instantly. Wick would have probably been pretty dead right after hitting the fire escape rail.
Great reaction you two. As an Australian young man myself I loved the John Wick film franchise because it is so awesome, so badass, so entertaining, so fascinating, so intense, and so wild & my favourite one was the first film. Poor John he was orphaned when he was a boy, he lost his childhood joy by being indoctrinated to be trained as a ruthless assassin plus hitman for different criminal organizations, he lost his beloved wife Helen to terminal illness, his first dog Daisy was killed, his friend Harry was killed, his friend Marcus was murdered, his cool vintage car wrecked, his beautiful house blown up, his continental hotel privileges lost, his continental allies turn against him, he lost his reputation, he lost his safety, he lost his ring-finger, & he had to give up his deceased wife’s wedding ring to the Elder of the High Table, what is he going to lose next? absolutely depressing & painful. This poor tough man can’t even a catch a break. The only time he caught a break when he married his wife Helen for five years until she sadly passed away. He lost mostly everything positive in his life. Any normal human being around the world would have committed suicide if they experience those awful tragedies in their life. Like seriously his life is literally a never-ending nightmare absolutely devastating. Life is full of ongoing suffering like seriously it is so not fair that we humans have to experience depressing chapters in our lives, but I guess that is the price of being born alive into this sad wicked world.
Yeah, he didn't go for head, and he knew the bulletproof interior of John's material... Winston knows John... and he knows John isn't going out like that.
If Winston say no to her proposal both of them becomes excommunicado it becomes hard for them to fight against high table so he says yes, keeps his hotel, creates a drama over their saves John now he got better chance to fight against high table "well played "

I'm pretty sure John didn't expect Winston to turn on him. But at the same time, Winston clearly didn't take a headshot when he had the chance, threw him off the roof instead. Probably the only way they were both going to get out of there alive.
You should actually watch the behind the scenes video on RUclips of Halle Berry training both with martial arts and weapons. She is not as trained as Keanu but I guarantee she can hold her own in a fight
The villain was called the Adjudicator. They're played by Asia Kate Dillon, who's a non-binary actor. The character was confirmed to also be non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. Just a little bit of trivia! Also, I think the reason nobody tried to just shoot them was that it wouldn't change anything. If John or Winston had killed the Adjudicator, another one would've been sent once they realized they were dead. They're simply an extension of the High Table.
Does Asia Kate Dillon play multiple characters? Is the Adjudicator played by multiple actors? Are there multiple adjudicators in the film? They is NOT singular. The second half of your comment is spot on. Even pointing out that both the character and Asia are "non binary" is fine. Just do it properly without the made up bullshit.
