I'm STILL hoping that they're actually gonna adapt everything in the movie from the books and add something new. Despite that the movies are fun adventure films and never meant to be taken seriously, the books are darker than the movies are. There's also some aspects in TMZ books that should've been in the movie like Thomas, Teresa and Aris talking to each other through their minds. Please, do not mess this up!
I don't think they're going to get the tone close to the source material cause they'd want the film to appeal to wider range of audiences....
@@pradeepdungdung4379Yeah I’m 99% certain this so called “Continuation” will fail judging by the producers involved and their comment which states: “They aim to make it have the same impact which made the first movie successful.” I do not have high hopes for this as you can already tell it’s a cheap cash grab that aims to make a profit based upon the trilogy from several years ago.
The maze runner trilogy is one of my favorite trilogies, i don't know why it gets hated on.
I GOT SO EXCITED WHEN I SAW THE TITLE OH MY GOODNESS
They have an incredible opportunity; please don't mess this up guys.
As much as I love maze runner (have done for 7 years-the whole trilogy) I’d hate for a new one to be made. It won’t be the same without the original cast and as already mentioned it’s not in good hands of a writer so I am as well sceptical about maze runner 4.
The books were amazing, you felt like you were second-guessing everything at every turn. The movie kind of streamlined everything and changed a lot of plot points to the point where it was very generic.
I just finished reading the first book and have the second one. Didn’t even know they originally made a book. 😅
was literally going to order scorch trials and about to watch the first maze runner movies and then i see this.
u should def still read and watch them, theyre all amazing
The Maze Runner was introduced to me by my auntie who died in November and I’m sort of excited for this.
Nah if they reboot it’s not going to be as good
Bro I’m so sad I think they should just stop making maze runner movies. I think they really had an amazing ending on the 3rd movie. I don’t think they will ever be able to make this new series better then the og
That’s what I’m thinking. Of course, the other books were great, but I think the movies had a good run and shouldn’t come back due to the satisfying ending of it all
Do you think the movies might be adapting the mazecutter series or maybe the prequel books?
I always liked those movies. Didn’t really mind how much they diverted from the books. Excited for this
Are they gonna do the prequels then? I loved those books they were more gruesome than the original trilogy though so I’m interested to see what the plan is
Are they going to adapt The Maze Cutter novel?
If there gonna go back into the maze runner world, they should adapt kill order
Too many people are rebooting too many series! Like it’s unnecessary they stopped creating the series for a reason so just leave the series be. The Harry Potter reboot is unneeded so will this one! It would be different if it was like before the maze but if they’re just gonna remake the franchise it’s so unneeded. It’s never gonna be the same too because the original actors won’t be in it and those actor make the franchise what it is!
why can’t they just make the Kill Order and The Fever Code???Would make more sense than trying to adapt the Maze Cutter and Godhead Complex to be honest.
The trailer looked pretty good
but... there's a sequel trilogy of books, two have already came out and i think the last one comes out this year, why dont they just adpat that?
they better not mess this up
They gonna mess this up, I have zero hopes
@@noobmasterruben5167Same
I’m crying rn
Blud they literally said this wasnt gonna be a reboot
A soft reboot usually means in the same universe with different characters, hard reboot or just reboots means resting everything
i honestly think this series deserves a great adaptation, the books has way more emotion and dark moments than the movies. hope they wont mess this up
Hi
Is maze runner good?
Eh
Movie or books?
Yes, they are. Watch the movies without expecting much. They are fun and entertaining.
The books are good. And the movies are fun, but as adaptations, eeeeeeehhh…..
@Some_guy-on-the-internet both
God is king ✝️🐐
A title cannot be a name.
What is it's name?
Good job ignoring the don’t go around preaching, only speak of a better way, but very common of Christians to ignore their own text
Amen
Isn't there all female only one boy in maze experiment mentioned in book? Never read the books so not sure.
My guess is that's where they r going.
Yes it is mentioned in both the 2nd book and 2nd movie. And then the Comic Book Tie-In also shows it.
I only liked the first movie tbh I didn’t bother to watch the second
wait ppl hated the films oof
I think if they want to come back to this series then they should just restart and actually follow the books. Idk if that's a controversial opinion but that's what I think should happen.
0:56 have you read any of the books recently? They are not good. The first one is pretty decent but the second & third are literal garbage. The second & third books ruined all the characters (except Newt, may he rest in peace), had no plot (well, the second one did, but it was basically just the first one copy pasted), made absolutely no sense, and had a terrible ending. On top of all of that, it had a disgusting love triangle between the main character and two girls who constantly touch him in ways he isn’t comfortable with (literally, he tells one of the girls, Brenda, to stop touching him and she calls him a racist and continues to touch him for the rest of the series and we’re supposed to be on her side!!) You can’t be making this stuff up! And the movies improved upon literally everything I just mentioned! All the characters are likable, there was a plot, the ending felt conclusive, and the love triangle wasn’t that big of a plot point (it focuses on the friendships rather than the love triangle for most of the second and third movies). Seriously, I have no idea why people say the books were better when they just WEREN’T.
Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
Another Tom Holland movie
I'm a adin ross fan 😂
saw the movies first before reading the books and after reading the books the movies don’t do the books justice so much dark tones to it so brutal and more detailed since the reboot is a continuation and is taking some elements from the first movie and first maze runner book I hope to see a good movie
I dont really care about this idea. I'd rather watch a prequel kinda like whaf Ballad of Songbirds did
“Iconic MazeRunner series” is a questionable statement
I saw the third movie out of context with some friends my sophomore year and it was by far the most boring movie I think I’ve ever seen in my life
Go see a doctor
First movie was great but the rest is such a miss
Go see a doctor if you think it was bad get your eyes your ears your mouth you fingers everything checked 😏🙏
