To say you need to earn at least 480k to earn a good living is far from reality in jamaica. I like that you spoke to persons with lower incomes as the reality is most will never get to 480k but will still live comfortable. No way an all inclusive hotel is necessary on even a 500k+ budget !!

$480k/month is more than the median wage in the United States, to think that we need to make $480k at a minimum to live comfortably in Jamaica is just ludicrous and screams "i am privileged and out of touch with reality."
