I’m a composer, and this is the first meditation video I have heard in 4 years of listening to them and NOT being able to meditate properly because the music in other meditation videos is just not good…but THIS IS FANTASTIC!! On so many levels. Just dissecting it; the chord changes are all seamless and lead an actual direction and the progressions are so great because it actually FITS the intended purpose! I tried to find where the loop point was, because I can’t imagine this was an full 8 hour composition, and I can’t find it. That’s how great this is. The loop point is not only seamless, I have no idea where it even is 😂 It’s simple; but done exactly right, and as a musician/composer, I can more than appreciate the chord progressions and the sounds used. This is the ONLY one I have been able to not only listen to completely but come back to it over and over. And with that, I have my headphones on to sleep to it for 8 hours. Awesome.
awesome comment. i play music myself and it's so hard to meditate to the more musical meditation tracks because i find myself paying TOO much attention to chord changes and the artists note selection, so i usually end up listening to raw tones but yea this track is seamless.
I have listened to so many of these, and they all sound the same, except this one. I respond to this one. I think it's the bass beat, but this one I could listen to all day. I hope it works for me; time will tell, but regardless, I will continue to listen to it for it's calming affect. Thank you for the added bass; it truly makes it unique .

I agree with the comments below because so many similar ones are anoying for the brain more than anything else. I do not know if there is a correlation with REM or dreams, but I had a very comforting dream of my deceased father and a sequence of dreams where I was facing many recuring deaths and rebirths. Puzzling and facinating since there was no anxiety. This is the first time I post a comment on such a platform since I boycott all social media. RUclips/Google has changed its policy recently and now puts ads every 5 minutes in almost everything! Content providers now have no control over that. I would rather eat dirt than pay RUclips for anything, bc I think they're evil, and I wouldn't give them a dime for any reason. They are running these ads all the time to strong-arm people into paying the membership price which is ridiculous. I will not be strong-armed.

I love sleeping with this music. A question I put it on my TV and program the time for 4 hours. Does it work the same? I don't have binoculars to sleep, would they be very uncomfortable?
