I remember Gin trying to do a Kamehameha in a forest but I don't remember him actually succeeding in doing it. That said, he did succeeded in using that one form from Bleach.

The Kamehameha is not dragon related at all, beyond coming from a show with "dragon" in the name. And it's pure fun coincidence that one of the moves he used was called Rising Dragon Fist, and that Ryu was the user. But it's clear that he would have used any other move from a super famous character if they'd had the copyright freedom to do so. For his next fight I am entirely expecting a rasengan. Since Tetsu Zanku is the move used by Akira from Virtua Fighter. There is absolutely no dragon connection there... It is however, one of the MOST referenced moves in all of fighting game and anime history. Comparible to that one anime dive kick that I don't know the name of but see in everything. So... Maybe there was a loose dragon theme with this one non-dragon move was thrown in as just a bonus.
well of course, anime are usually shit compared to manga, but the power anime has is in the music and VA , this scene would obviously look MUCH BETTER in an anime ^^
A shame Megiddo was downplayed in the anime, LN and manga were so brutal in their description, knights trying to block his attacks with magic, running, screaming in pain and begging for mercy, hell, even they downplayed edmaris speech, in the anime rimuru only shoots him, in the manga he descends and cuts his arm off
