Thanks for the info at the end about your new backpack 🎒. Yes, I noticed it was different so I appreciate letting us know about the new member of the family. ☺️
Love the views. I miss that part of the country so much, always look forward to the next chance to get back out there. In the meantime, I'm enjoying following along with you on the trails. Ty
BREATHTAKING BEAUTY COLORS VIEWS SCENERY VIDEO WEATHER LANDSCAPE ! AMAZING STONE STRUCTURES & OLD HISTORY OF THE AREA ! BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! GOD BLESS YOU 🙏 ALWAYS ON YOUR JOURNEYS ! ENJOYED 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨
Thanks for talking about why you chose to use the bigger backpack vs the smaller HMG 2400, on this trip, I was curious and you answered that question. Really enjoyed the debrief information too.
Very interesting trip; great filming as usual. I had to look this one up on a map. I passed Bears Ears NM on my way to The Needles, but where you were is on the south side of the NM. Having seen your video, I would like to visit the ruins and the pictographs in the future. Your debriefings are really helpful for anyone considering hiking in the areas you visit! One thing you did on this video that I hadn't seen on previous ones was to do a pictorial introduction to your trip. Watching this felt like I was watching the opening to a TV show. While it does show viewers a quick overview of the highlights of your trip, I thought it took away a bit from the authenticity and freshness of your video.
Utah looks like a good place to enjoy the great outdoors. In the future I look forward to visiting places like that. I am so much more familiar with hiking and camping in the South and Eastern US. I look forward to seeing what you're up to next ..take care.
Nice trip.. you were in our back yard. Next time it would be a great idea before entering sacred places such as a kiva is to leave an offering to the ancient ones that you come in respect.. there were great prayers and sacred rights preformed in those kivas and the essence can still be present.. offerings can be of seeds or corn powder or small minerals like turquoise or shell bits.. but the hike was nice to see.
Probably one of my favorite videos you have made. Man what an awesome hike. Thank you for documenting it. That blue mask alone would be worth the hike 🚶♂️ 👌. I'm going to have to bucket list this one. Enjoying your videos.
Looks a fascinating hike. I’m planning a trip to Uluru in central Australia next year so similar conditions. Thanks for the tips about gaiters, water and trekking poles with tips. I’d suggest a hat as well in hot conditions.
What an amazing place to hike! That green mask was really unique. I’m curious about the home remedy you use. How many drops of each oil do you use (in general). I’m trying to find something that will keep my hands from cracking (which seems to happen on longer trips), and I like the idea of the soothing qualities of the two combined. Great de-brief at the end of the hike too!
Awesome video. Guiding in the back country would be a dream. We were in Escalante recently and thought we saw you there. By chance would it have been you?
@@nomad_unknown my nusband and i wanted to say hello however we didnt want to burden you. We both enjoy your channel and are looking forward to your future hikes.
Really great video. Glad your viewership is growing!!

Awesome hike! Great video! Keep it up
I've been reading about the Navajo recently and they also have a really cool history in some of these places

The ruins reminded me of my last trip with my father. On that trip we went to Mesa Verde.

So many great ruins in that area!!! Hope to see more!
the ruins and the art work is a reminder of man's brief time in the sun

Let me know when you plan guiding groups because I’m interested. Thank you.

Great video- I always worry about you hiking alone- fear of breaking a leg or something
I have plans in place should something like that occur. :)

Just a couple drops. I don’t want it to be too scented. Hopefully you’ll find it works for you!
So amazing guys. How can I donate?

What do you use to stabilize your walking shots?
I shoot those on my iPhone.
Watch out you might risk attracting butterflies with that lavender oil. Lol.
🤣🤣🤣
How do I sign up for a trip with you as the guide?
I’m not offering trips just yet. Still working on my training and certifications. :)
@@nomad_unknown Awesome videos and thanks for sharing.
