Hi guys I'm a new subscriber & can't wait to see what the future brings for you both. Ps, I can't wait to see the sails up ⛵. Keep up the good work. SV Kiwi Lady Opua Bay of islands New Zealand 👍🏿
You're absolutely right on the parking thing. I just did Is van life. Crash the van. Before that I lived on a sailboat fourteen years. I'm going Is saillife. Just as soon as I get my check.
@@Bretandmarisa @Bretandmarisa To anchor and sail a sailboat, what permits do you need in St. Augustine? I'm buying a sailboat and I don't know anything about them 😂🤣
@@Marineroerrante you don't really need anything. St Augustine is a tricky place to anchor though because when the tides switch the current changes and you swing back and forth. It's nothing impossible but definitely something to consider. You don't need any permits to anchor or sail. In Florida you do need a boater safety card for one person on the boat I believe. It's an 8 hourish course for free online
@@Marineroerrante anchoring is very important though, maybe grab a book on it or do some research. 7:1 scope is pretty much our minimum and don't forget to account for the height of your bow plus the high tide
@@Bretandmarisa Thank you very much, I live in St. Augustine and I want to stay there for the moment, that's why I'm interested, thank you for the help, I will continue your adventure, greetings
I very much look forward to watching your adventure! Fair winds and following seas!!!

Ir hacia el norte es unn error, lo realmente hermoso está hacia el sur

Yeah we lived in a van for 2 years and you just feel unwanted everywhere. Not the most fun!
Ahoy your going to love Coca Beach ⛱️
Bret grew up going to cocoa beach!
Might want to keep the dinghy upside down so it doesnt fill with water too much weight on deck
That's a good idea
Cocoa Beach. Where's the kielbasa and watermelon?
We only have ketchup and caprisuns. I'm thinking we can do some damage
Greetings guys, I love your videos, what navigation program are you using?
We use navionics!

Need to get you 2 cheap bicycles. Don't get you anything new. One because People steal shit.2,water has an Effect on metal.
I think once we are more set in what we need and don't need on the boat (we have a lot of crap right now) then we definitely want bikes!
