You can tell by the broken and unpaved or paved, and then damaged streets due to rain and due to dishonest developers and contractor’s work , the developer has ripped people very expensive and overpriced land but then did not do the good job on many of the streets and other infrastructure.. typical dishonest contractors in Pakistan
