- Do you want to know how to remove the parental controls on the Nintendo Switch? You can remove the timer and delete the restrictions very easily. If you got your switch second hand and there are still parental restrictions on it. You can temporarily disable the timer by typing in the pin. If you go to system settings, then to parental controls. I got my switch back when I was 8 (early 2017) and never had parental controls lol
In 2016 I was 68 now I'm 74 years old and still have parental controls 🙁
I got my switch when I was 7, and now I'm 12. My dad bought the parental controls app, and used it to limit my switch time. He hasn't set a time limit in 3 years, but the parental controls are still on, so, for example, I can't delete paper Mario game data for my user if I want to start a second playthrough. I will probably ask him to disable the controls, since neither me nor my sister have a problem with using the switch too much anymore.

This doesn't make sense though, how we supposed to set a pin when we don't know the pin for the parental lock? I recently fixed a spares and repairs switch, can't remove parental controls because I don't know the pin

On your phone or something then Sign in to your Nintendo then go to console settings then press on pin

Hello everyone, recently I bought a used switch. Unfortunately and without knowing it, the parental control was activated, I have neither PIN nor masterkey. I am stuck. I thought of doing a factory reset but this famous parental control asks me for the PIN code. By calculating the probability, I need 1048576 attempts!!! I wonder this PIN code where is it stored? anyone have a solution? thanks
If it was linked to your gmail you should get a email there telling you what your pin is and that you linked it in the first place.
