Like most fires in the USA, this should have been out before the video even started by putting water on the burning material and flammable smoke. Lots of windows and doors to access the material. Waiting for VVing that does nothing but risk lives, use up manpower and allow the fire to get bigger, is irresponsible and does not get the JOB done Now!
