The “Founding Fathers” made sure to include certain aspects of the Bible and Christianity in how people should live. Why do you think abortion is such a big issue? Pro-life people are overwhelmingly Christians who use the Bible to justify their beliefs. The church absolutely played a role in overturning Roe v. Wade.
As a Black man, I am amazed at how much time Black celebrities and figure heads, like D.L. Hughley and Roland Martin, spend on talking about Donald Trump to their audiences when their audiences do not and will not vote for Donald Trump.
It seems to be wasted time that could have been better spent informing their audiences about the good deeds done by Joe Biden on their behalf. When I am preparing to place a vote I want to know why a prospective candidate is good for me rather than why a candidate that I have no intentions of voting for is bad fo for me.
Repetitiously, talking about allegations against Trump over four years in politics when they could be highlighting all of the alleged "great" accomplishments by Joe Biden over 50 years in politics on behalf of Black folks, seems to be a waste of time.
Given a choice to learn about an "alleged" four years of "bad" deeds "against" Black folks versus a possible 50 years of "great" deeds that hopefully benefitted Black folks, I choose the latter over the former. The challenge made to D.L., Roland Martin, et al, is whether they can match, tit for tat, a "great" deed ACCOMPLISHED by Biden on behalf of Black folks for EVERY alleged "bad" deed by Trump against Black folks.
This is my challenge to D.L., Roland Martin et al, going forward on their shows, for every criticism rendered against Trump, follow up that criticism with a policy or act implemented by Biden that specifically benefitted Black folks.
That should be a very easy task to overcome, allegedly. I suspect that Biden's 50 years in politics have significantly benefitted Black folks and D.L., Roland Martin will provide the proof that what Biden has done on our behalf far, far, far outweighs Trump's four years in politics that have alllegedly worked against the interest of Black folks. True?

I attended this church during Obama election in 2008....even then Pastor Livingston told everyone to stand and pray for our new president (as he has done for other presidents)...a few amount of people never stood up and some I never saw again.
