Good evening, I'm Sebastian Haff. Here's my statement : With lockdown happening I felt the need to entertain my peepz. What better way than "postmodernjukebox-ish/rocakbilly-ish" covers of bangers, huh?! But I wanted to release new songs frequentely. That's why I created the "Lockdown Express Cover Service". Based on requests from friends mostly, At least two new videos a week. no more than half a day of production, that includes recording, mixing, filming, editing, post-production. Unless shown on screen I sung and played every instrument myself. There's A LOT of improvisation. One thing that mattered to me though was live performance. I didn't want to pretend to sing or play. That's why what you see in the video is what you hear. It's not always perfect but it never meant to be. Just fun. Enjoy. S.H.

All the more great to watch when you can see you're thoroughly enjoying yourself! I'm curious, (boring question alert) the backing arrangement ... is done in post or is it backing track live?!
Thanks a lot ! There'll be more ! Actually, in order to keep a straight rythm and a (hopefully) coherent feel, the backing track are pre-recorded. Just like in a real recording studio (well usually), you lay down most instruments and when it's all nice, only then you lay the vocal tracks down.
