I have the same energy ball recipe! I add a few chocolate chips to mine. Last batch I also added some toasted sesame seeds and sunflower seeds and it added a nice crunch.
I'm going to have to try the oatmeal, that looks delicious. Acai bowls are also super delicious & healthy. My downfall is chocolate, so I try to eat dark chocolate, so I don't feel so guilty 😜 Congrats on your weight loss !!
Enjoyed the video. Have you ever used coconut oil for cooking, just wondered if you have and if you like it. Heard that using it for cooking is healthy but I don't know. I've always used olive oil. Just something I wanted to ask 💖
Thanks for watching, Janet!! 💖 Yes, I love coconut oil! But I only use it for cooking at lower temps, avocado oil is supposed to be best for higher temps. Both are delicious and fun to cook with!
MILK AND HONEY LIFE I know it's great for taking off makeup also. But you still have to clean your face with makeup remover after. Don't want it to clog my pores. I have very dry skin that's why I like it. 😍
I think you would really like Ray Peat PHD, work. He's been around thru all the diet fads and is a scientist. There's a forum RayPeatForum.com that are more scientists and their are regular people learning about foods and supplements. It's super interesting and great way to eat ...fresh squeezed orange juice is his super good!
I liked kgmtl until she said baby carrots were processed and you shouldn’t eat them on her challenge 🙄 but you could totally eat sprouted bread on her challenge. (Because bread is naturally grown on trees fully baked right?! Lol) like anything, I just take her with a grain of salt. Xoxo
