I believe, for all the differences the two characters have that may put bumps and wedges between their relationship, that Harley and Ivy have the strength to overcome any hardship they come up against. They can figure out a way to compromise and come out stronger and better every time. And they are just so darn cute while doing it. I've loved them since I first saw the episode Harley and Ivy in the 90s Batman cartoon as a kid and I love them even more now. I may not be able to afford an HBO Max subscription right now, but I'm glad I get to watch Harlivy through Elijah's reactions. Can't wait for the next one.

You should really read "Harley Quinn: The Animated Series: The Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour" Is basically the events between season 2 and 3. It deals with all of Ivy insecurities, anxiety, gay awakening... you know angsty shit, but mostly is the show same enrgy

Dont know if your into comic book series or not, but I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend the Poison Ivy series by G. Willow. The artwork is gorgeous and it's probably the BEST interpretation of Ivy and Harley's relationship along with this show. Top tier shit👌
