This house gives a much happier vibe than the townhouse in my opinion. As for looking for a new dining table set something my mom told me is to look out for outdoor furniture since they're often cheaper and easier to clean and last longer since they're made to withstand the elements.
Yeah I was happy to just get out with the townhome, but this place feels better for my kids and that makes me happy 😊

the house is gorgeous! i wish i knew the rent for it (don’t want to invade your privacy) because i’m paying $1300 for my apartment right now and it’s definitely not as luxurious as this! can’t wait to move soon lol.

To be average here. The townhome in Virginia was surprisingly $1600 lol, I could never find something like that here.
I live in MA and the lowest you can get (I’m talking barely livable, like just a roof over your head and maybe water or electric included) is like $1,200 a month for 1 bedroom 1 bath
@@bethanygates6812 yeah apartments here for 2 bedroom here start around $1900+ 3 bedrooms are at least 3k. Depending on location you can get a house for a little bit cheaper. This was a lucky find for me as they were my parents realtors friend. Renting market is insane, but I was in no position to buy. Maybe in a couple years though!

Lol this may sound weird but I also call my dad "Daddy" and people always find it weird bc im grown but im like its a daughter thing. Im his oldest daughter, and never had a good relationship with my mom, hes literally my bestfriend we do everything together! Thats always been my daddy and always will be. He has always said "The only thing I care about is that you're safe, happy and healthy." It makes me happy to see how close you and your family are. Im glad you and the kids are settled in a wonderful home to grow and thrive in and im glad your family is so much closer now. Hoping the rest of your pregnancy goes well and that you and baby are healthy!

Girl give kale a tv lol he’s more responsible then my child n so far he’s had the same tv since he was a baby I do monitor his shows though. Yes that’s a cooking griddle for pancakes n stuff. Question on the vacuum - have 1 german shepherd, how is it with picking up dog hair? Rt now my expensive dyson battery doesn't last long enough for me to clean entire house on one charge! But love the suction for the dirt and hair.
