In case anyone missed the magic word it's "organization"! That is the key to short order cooking. If you have that, everything else will fall into place.
I think magic word was preparation I thought being prepared like cutting vegs marinate meat defrost, seasonings, certain tools like strainer or blender readily available is most important and will lead to great quality dishes
Looks truly scrumptious! Place I went to in mid MI the Denver had bacon; Western=ham. Kinds miss that joint but lately I don't eat as much. Semi related: in WNY ( Buffalo ) the hot dog w/mustard, chopped onion & meat sauce is called a Texas Hot although downstate ( Olean) it becomes a Coney Dog. Michigan also calls 'em Coneys & has differing sauces; Detroit & Flint style
As a cook that works a restaurant that makes this type of food I respect guys that can get food out quicker than I can I live in a smaller town and we can get away with not doing as much prep as guys that live in bigger towns or cities the biggest tip I always learned was always get your potatoes on first and always be ahead a few tickets also If you have worked in a place for a while and get to know your customers and know what they get everyday it helps lol.
What American's called Cheddar Cheese is laughable no real cheese from Cheddar would be that colour. Real Mature Cheddar is almost white and makes your tongue fizz. I bet those eggs are the cheapest of the cheap from battery chickens. If you're gonna make an omelette you need the freshest free-range corn fed chickens with the yolk the colour of nasty American cheddar cheese :P
