Playsets in general are a near extinct animal but very slowly coming back. Glad to see more people are realizing this and taking things into their own hands. Great review.
Yeah from a playset perspective I like how easy it is to set up and take down.
Just bought 4 Spider-Man Mega City play sets for $30 each at a Wal-Mart in western Missouri. I have a bad feeling they're not gonna want to stock play sets after the bloodbath they took on the Mega City and Batman vs Superman Batcaves this last Christmas 2017.
Thats pretty cool! I remember having something like this when I was little. Some kind of Space tower that was about 3 feet tall but it was all cardboard.

Dont have the space to keep it up all the time unfortunately. If I did I would probably deck it out with Marvel Universe figs.
This is amazing, I've thought of extreme sets b4 but this seems to be a lot easier to set up and especially put away!! Great review👍
This is a lot easier to set up and take down compared to the larger Extreme sets like the building pop up ones. Extreme sets are probably designed a little more for 6" figures than this. Things like doorways come off looking a little small next to a 6" figure on this one. Extreme at least right now also gives you more variety since they have a lot more different kind of sets but both are cool.

Yes my friend you did not mention anything about characters that are 1:12 or 7 in or which one of these two would fit properly as far as the right height for this pop up set..???
Cool set, but seems a little soft. Can it hold the legends well. Can they stand on the surfaces properly?
Not Soft, and yes. Marvel Legends stand fine on it. Some aspects of the set aren't perfect for 6" IMO as far as things like the doorways aren't really done in 6" scale, but the overall sturdiness of it is fine. Will def support 6" figures weight wise. The only thing that is not designed to hold much weight is the helipad feature.

This type of design would be great for Hasbro to make Jabba's palace - multi-leveled with throne room, Rancor pit, droid torture chamber, etc. Or Death Star play-set. Ideas could be pretty endless.

Compared to the ridiculously overpriced cardboard Skeletor puppet by Super7 this thing is the eighth wonder of the cardboard world!
Cool graphics and amazing pop-up style engineering... hope it does well so we can get more options.
A rugged space station/port or a grayskullish sci-fantasy fort/dungeon for MOTUC.
They have a space base on kickstarter now. :) I'm also hoping they decide to make a castle for their next playset. If they include a dungeon and some gothic paintings on the inside it could be used for everything from medieval fantasy (Game of Thrones) to horror stories like Dracula.

Happy to see other companies jumping in the dio section but this looks pretty flimsy. Like an happy meal box Extremesets looks beefier.
Lafin Dumonde Extreme Sets are getting better but this is way better than their initial offerings, the first wave of multiverse sets didn't even come with a floor
Not flimsy at all. Both are pretty good. This is much bigger than Extremesets but extreme sets has a lot more variety to choose from.
Jay C it is much larger than extremesets but at 3:1O when you show how secure it is the entire dio shakes. Like if your dogs tail hit the sewer corner your dead shot sniper is coming down along with every other fig set up.
Lafin Dumonde I don't think so. With action figures placed on top, their weight will prevent it from shaking. Figure stands will stop them from falling over.
