Bright eyes is timeless. Old records still apply today; and the four songs we've heard from this album feel like they were written exactly for this apocalyptic feeling time. They never disappoint and August 21st can't come soon enough!

AMAZING, I've been a fan of Bright Eyes for three decades and his music has gotten better after a nine year hiatus from The People's Key and I own this album: ‘Down in the Weeds, Where the World Once Was’ and it's AWESOME and he still remains to be THE BEST indie musicians in history!
I can count on one hand the amount of amazing things put out in 2020- this being one of them.
It feels so familiar yet new. So happy you're back.

This album is the most pleasant yet simultaneously apocalyptic piece art I have experienced-loving the simultaneous joy and sadness it evokes
2020 was great to see Bright Eyes reunited. 2022 is gonna be a huge year for a Bright Eyes comeback. 64 tour dates plus re-releases of their first 3 albums with "companion EPs" of re-recorded songs.

Heard this song when I was in one of why is everything f**ked up and f**cking with me moods. For some reason I loved it. Had to hear it again... and again.
Bright Eyes music is magic. I've heard every genre, plus binaural beats. From old school to new agey. This music has a magic none can come close to for me, not in the same way anyways. I have many of the albums, just sometimes can't help but listen to it all again on youtube.

Love the new Bright eyes album. Amazing lyrics as always, a mixture of acoustic and electronica. Its not their best album because the bar is set so high. His music makes sense in all of this craziness of 2020.
