Amazing camera, Nokia 1020 and the 808 pure view are the only cameras that had a physical shutter, xenon flash. The Nokia engineering team was awesome. Now days it is all marketing

1020 40MP native nahi tha, woh 8MP x5 Oversampling tha, yani pixel ka size bada nahi hai sirf overstacking and overmergin karke uske resolution aur sharpness ko badha diya gaya hai, par us jamane mein 3.2MP with xeon flash bhi gajab result dete the, tab normally gharon mein 1080p TV and 720p monitor hua karta tha aur us jamane mein koi mobile video TV ya Monitor pe nahi dekhta tha isliye woh pictures aur video phone pe badhiya dikhte the, par aaj ke time mein 4K TV aur 1080p monitor normal hai, aaj kal sab pendrive ya casting ke madad se TV pe picture aur video dekhtein hain isliye aaj ke time pe pixel ka size bada hona jarui hai warana bhut jyada noisy dikehga screen pe. Us jamane mein Nokia aur Sony Ericsson ka innovation alag level pe tha, har model pahle wale se alag, aaj kal har phone ek jaisa dikhta hai.

The OIS only works well on photographs. Weird enough, zoomed video footage is rather stable, you can zoom 4,5x and still do 1080p.

I definitely say No one beat Nokia 808 PureView Image Quality even 1020 fails
But i low light or video recording lumia 1020 wins
I think the 950XL is the best one of the bunch. It is much more usuable. The 1020 is really slow, the 808 OS is unusable today with an impossible display, impossible processing power and no apps to use it as daily driver. Also the OIS has advanced quite a bit, you can take 0,5 seconds from the hand with the 950XL. 19mpixel usually is sufficient. I do like zoomed video on the 1020 though. 4,5x zoom 1080p is great on it.

@@GuptaInformationSystem I'm having two 808's and my brother had a 1020 , we tested it so many times , for photography 808 was much better compared to 1020, it had a bigger sensor size and better algorithms ; it was also faster to save photos as 808 had a dedicated image processor and 1020 takes almost 4sec to process a picture as it relies on its main cpu. However due to OIS 1020 was better at videography. 808 can still beat most of current smartphones in photography if pure picture quality is the comparison factor.
@@GuptaInformationSystem Porting the camera from Symbian to windows was a challenge. It took almost two years to make a windows devices with 41mp . As the smartphone CPUs at that time weren't able to handle such a large sensor data. And windows wasn't having a compatibility for a dedicated processors like the Symbian had and even after making it happen ;1020 was much slower in camera department and inferior to 808
