Hi Patrick, i like your painting. Thank you for showing the process. One question: your paper appears waterrepelling in some areas, when you put the first wash on it. Have you treated it in some places with wax?

No. Not sure why it did that. Maybe i had greasy hands. I tend to touch the paper when i draw
