    Are those the Vapor 11? I got them and feel like they're so stiff!!! after like an hour I can no longer stand them

    it seems that your racquet was swinging horizontally during demonstration, is that how we are supposed to hit the ball too? I thought the racquet should be vertical, it makes more sense to me

      Correct! Having the racquet slightly more horizontal helps beginners learn the full (pronation)range of motion. When you do the full advanced serve, you do contact the ball at the highest point with your racquet vertical.
      However, this is a beginner tutorial. I teach in stages. This way, people can build up to the full "advanced" motion with ease. This has worked for me and all my students thus far.

    I don't thing learning pronation is suitable for begginers
