If it was Trey Lance with the same stats and wins as Brock Purdy this season for the Niners. All analyst would be saying hes next QB of the future, the same thing they are saying of Jordan Love on steroids for Lance.... The weak links are Colton McKivitz, O line besides Trent, and Ambry Thomas..

Even if Deebo came back, he won't be 100% and even if the 49ers win, how effective will he be in the Super Bowl? Better to be healthy than out for all next season because he pushed himself too far.
You can say same for Ragnow and LaPorta. Expect Deebo to be on field. These players are not thinking about next season.

Deebo can also be a good diversion on the field. The defense will have to account for him on the field.
Sadly its hard to beat teams with great systems. Purdy has a very good system. He reminds me a lot of early day tom brady, where he would only lead the offence to like 15 points in important games while throwing two ints and still win. The difference is purdy also has the best RB in the league. If i were the lions id try to stop cmc. Once you stop his rb, you stop purdy because hes a system qb. Hes just like garopolo except garoppolo led the 49ers to a super bowl
Jimmy G threw the ball a total of 27 times in our playoff run that year. A whopping 208 yds in 2 games. His contribution was not getting in the way too much. Otherwise, they ran their way to the super bowl.
When purdy has won games he scores an average of 29 pts
Luckily the lions are top 5 against the run on defense…
@@noah.conley That's what I hear but then I see that they allowed the worst rushing team in the league to get 6 yds per carry last week. Also 319 yds in the air. Might not get our usual 140+ yds on the ground but we'll be able to run.
