I've watched Eric eat grocery store food a hundred times, and I'll probably watch a hundred more. My fiance and I joke that we are gonna ask him to officiate our wedding lol
Amazing that you could consume all the food you bought and yet stay slim and fit. Good metabolism. In Japan you can get all sorts of food items in grocery stores and supermarkets. It's fun to have them as a satisfying meal. Eat well and stay healthy.
My 6 year old and I can not get enough of your videos! She now wants to go to Japan. Thank you for your videos it’s definitely our favorite part of our day.
I went to culinary school with a woman from Japan. She had me try fermented beans once. I put on a brave face because she was so delighted I tried it, but oh my goodness, it was hard to deal with. Lol Good on you for trying to acquire the taste. Great video
Congratulations to the three winners of the last video! Enjoy your #GetSome snack pack! When I have been to Japan the most difficult thing at the grocery shop like 7/11, Lawson, FamilyMart, eg, had been the big choice of different food I have had to choose... My favorite onigiri is the mayo-tuna one. I have guessed the right EMT heads rating... Thank you, Eric, for sharing your EMT video with us. A wonderful weekend to your family and to you, Eric!
Lmbo! “Now that’s pleasant. Everything’s going to be more pleasant than the fermented beans.” That had me rolling! Lol. It still gets me how inexpensive the food items are. Especially the cost of the sushi. Thanks for another great video. I look forward to them each week! 😊
REALLY enjoy your videos I'm not able to wAlk much so I REALLY enjoy detaching your hiking bike riding and surfing. I also enjoy watching you eat the 👍eatong!! Keep up the GOOD work!!
I've been watching you for about 4 years now. I can honestly say that you're probably one of 4 or 5 people who never disappoint. Love your work and keep going Wasabi!
We left Japan in 1971 Just after the Worlds Fair in Osaka. Alas, as an Air Force brat we liked on base (Yokota) I would love to return, but fear the spoiling of very happy Childhood memories. Plus I can’t read Japanese. Returning to the US I was fluent as a 10 year old. But after 50 years, I’m watching Anime to see what I can understand and I sit at about 20%. My how the language has changed! I shop in what few Japanese markets are available in Central Ohio, and must rely on seeing what is in the packages. I so enjoy your videos and they fuel my desire to return ‘home’ to visit! Thank you so much!
Be cool to see if you can do a couple Livestreams if you have a chance. I know it never really works with everybody schedule but the one that you did at the train station I Like a lot

I like your honesty, better than some food reviewers who will claim everything is the best ever !!
Everything looks so good !
The skin on the broad bean can be tough but it contributes to the taste. They are great stir fried with green onion, alcohol, salt and white pepper.
I ordered a snack box off amazon and it was mostly those 10cent snacks. We enjoyed them. Corn was a big hit.
Great content as always! I miss Japan! Appreciating your vids from the Philippines! 👌
Japan definitely has a better selection of ready to eat meals.
