Steve McLain (Johnny Mack Brown), an undercover agent for the express company, uncovers a gang of robbers, led by Ace Pringle (Ted Adams), hiding behind the badges of law officers.
I watch these movies over and over and every time I pick up something funny from what they say in the various scenes. Thank you for making these available. It has helped me with my recovery.
I am trying to see all his films on RUclips.Found Johnny Mack a couple of months ago Love his films. His gentlemanly voice to pleasant attitude he was great.Stories are always varied.Just enjoy watching every minute of his films.Recommend them to everybody.
When I was a kid (a mighty long time ago) they used to play Johnny's movies at the Boys Club on Livernois street near Michigan avenue in Detroit. I really liked him mostly because of his cool voice and great smile. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!!
Too bad Johnny did not sing. If his speaking voice was so lovely, surely his singing voice would be wonderful, Love the harmonica in this film, hope he was really playing it.
I love these films especially this one which was the year I was born! Wish the actors etc could have known that there films would still be watched and enjoyed so many years later.
I didn't even have to see the character on Perry Mason. When Johnny spoke his first word I knew immediately who it was. Many thanks to Gail Patrick (B'ham) for giving so many older stars roles in her iconic production.
I may not have seen a Johnny Mack Brown movie in more than 75 years but 9:39, looks like the same horse Johnny always rode. LOL 28:00 Oh Them Golden Slippers. I remember dad playing this on his harmonica. Used to have pleasant nights on the front porch, he and his sister, harmonica, guitar, banjo, jews harp until the war changed all that.i Dad never had time again.
Love Johnny westerns…kinda reeediculous but fun. Dumpy corrupt sherriff that takes the falls, Ted Adams always plays a great slimy scheming crook. The dame was fantastic rescuing Johnny and stopping the stage herself, that never happens😂
This article is from Wikipedia and is about Johnny and football. "Brown helped the 1925 Alabama Crimson Tide football team to a national championship. In that year's Rose Bowl, he earned Most Valuable Player honors after scoring two of his team's three touchdowns in an upset win over the heavily favored Washington Huskies. The 1925 Crimson Tide was the first southern team to ever win a Rose Bowl. The game is commonly referred to as "the game that changed the south."[8] Brown was selected All-Southern".

Love Johnny Mack Brown. He and George O'Brien deserve the fame and western star status unfortunately lauded on others.
Isn't O'Brien the guy from "Reefer Madness"?

I was born 17-7-39, & I like watching these movies better then the ones they produce after 1990.
I believe they knew that they would watched for years. Those years are the best movies ever made. The movies they make today are garbage.
I was born in 58 and all my life watched these they dont have a clue how to make a real movie today compared to older ones
An entertaining movie. As a youngster I had a Johnny Mack Brown card.

IMAGEM EXCELENTE, PARA A ÉPOCA!!!
This is the funniest movie I have ever seen.
The correct title is "Undercover MEN.'"
Saw a lot of Johnny Mack Brown films at the Saturday matinee in the early 1950's in the UK.
This was hilarious!
I've heard speedy from the hoppalong Cassidy's movies play that same tune. Lol
Great kid movies.
Slocum was Uncle John in The Grapes of Wrath.
The sheriff and his pals make me think of "The Three Stooges play sheriff."
