- I found a slightly better source for the video footage of only this one song from some stadium rock video anthology on the Russian web lol - recorded February 8th 1985 in London at the Channel 4 Studios along with 3 other tracks, appearing on the very popular show (at the time) The Tube. Personally, my favourite Tube performance is The Jam's final TV appearance in 1982 - anyway, enjoy!

This performance was 8th February '85. Meat Loaf and The Neverland Express were scheduled to perform at Newcastle City Hall that evening, the gig was postponed to the 9th. Only notice of this was a sandwich board outside of the venue! Was my 2nd Meat Loaf concert I attended, first one on 19th January 1985, at the Newcastle City Hall, ended abruptly when Meat collapsed onstage with food poisoning. He was clinically dead for 27 seconds. Still have the newspaper clipping about that. Brilliant video, thanks for sharing it 🦇
Beautifull meat loaf hope you and jim are rovking in heaven❤❤
Amazing quality! Meat looks great. Thank you so much for sharing, Jack. :)
Superb!
I always enjoy your uploads as they are a guarantee for great quality 🙂
Happy new year Jack 🙂
His voice is starting to go here but it’s no surprise considering the amount of dates on the bad attitude tour. Not like now when American artists do London, Manchester and Glasgow. Meat loaf must have played every theatre/city hall in the country.
You can find a comprehensive tour date list linked on my site
Bad Attitude was a long tour
October - September
It was indeed. My dad saw him on the tour in Jan 85 in Sheffield. I saw him first in 88 also in Sheffield. Those tours took in almost every town and city in the UK.
@davehammond76 As far as I'm aware a Sheffield 88 tape may exist but I've not seen any mention of it beyond 2010ish
Really hope it resurfaces one day
Wow! That would be so cool to hear. I know there is Sheffield 87 tapes and I have a few from 88 (Birmingham/Edinburgh and Vienna) but if ever u find the Sheffield 88 show please let me know.
@@davehammond76 I'll have a scour through old forums and see if I can dig up any email addresses to beg for it
It's worked a couple times in the past lol
