I've pretty much done away with barbell benching because it's too much pressure on the joints period regardless if I'd roll my shoulders frontwards or backwards, however since I've gone with dumb bells, pushups and chin-ups, I've been able to maintain muscle growth and not feel as sore. This was a great tutorial.

Can you talk about different injuries on shoulders for example tendons,joints,muscles,bones,ligaments etc. Also strains,tears,abrasions etc. So much online hard to pinpoint. I think hearing from you, I'll be able to determine my issue. It's alittle soreness on both of my top/front shoulder ball.
It took my several years to figure out why my chest was t growing enough from the barbel bench press and the I started to do laying cable flys and pop my chest started to develop on my upper chest like magic
I do powerlifting and kept re-straining my pec. Now i realise i was never training my pecs using the full ROM thus that pec shoulder tie-in was weak. Great vid!

I can't keep the balance. 2) What do when you're shoulders can't relax due to all the isolation work for shoulders? 3) What to do when you're ribcage is too big? Maybe lose weight? Because I have 20 pounds too much right now. It's weird. 5 years ago I tried everything to go from skinny to bulky, from a small ribcage/chest to a bigger ribcage/chest. And now I complain about that ....currently my idea is to minimize my pressing work, and do more pulling instead. This combined with weight loss will hopefully help, even though I like how a big chest commands respect.

Hi Ron i am somewhat confused with all the different training methods. I'm 55 and have been working out since i was 15. I have had hardly the gains of someone that's been working out for 40 years. Always fighting weight issues(35-40 BMI). I have had gynecomastia all my life and can't afford surgery. I have lost 60# this past year (330>270) but would like to get down to 230. Any advice? I eat about 2500 calories (20-25% protein, 30-35% carbs and 40% fats) train full body 3 day week dumbell/ bodyweight. Mainly what can i do for a firm flat chest? I pray that you can help me.
