- Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, stimulates keratin production in hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth. You can take this Biotin drink twice in a week which will increase your hair growth, give shine to your skin also helps in getting stronger nails. Those who have nut allergies and digestion problems please avoid taking this drink.
Ingredients to make Biotin Drink ( You can add or omit any nut according to the availability )
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds - 1 tbsp
Peanuts - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 4
Cashew - 4
Walnut - 2
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Dates - 2
Banana - 1
Milk - 2 cups
Method to make Biotin Drink
1. Soak all the nuts and dates overnight.
2. Drain the water and add banana and milk and blend.
3. Garnish with some roasted flax seeds and Drink.

i had lost almost the front hair line and on center, it's been three months drinking this & yes this really worked. before starting this i had my vitamins test, they were deficient now i had my test again all my vitamins level increased especially B12 & D3 even zinc.
along with this i used castor oil + egg yolk as hair pack twice a week. now i have my hair is back much better than before. for better results u can also use minoxidil

Bro eggs are the best option. Eggs contain Biotin ( for hair health), vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, high quality protein all in one. What a super healthy food. also we don't require any recipe or 7-8 quantities like almonds, cashews, seeds, milk, bananas, etc.

In the mrng I soak pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, groundnuts and I will eat them in the evening with banana and dates, and in the mrng I eat night soaked almonds and sprouts. This is good for our hair.

No... You should not replace your main course meal with this ..... Daal rice roti sabji has its own benefits. So it's important as well. And people are saying it as weight gainer because all the ingredients in this drink are source of healthy fat. Having this daily can lead to weight gain. I believe that one should make this drink in little quantity

Am 29 yrs old and am diabetic my HBA1C is 11 which is in danger and my weight was 70kg ....after consulting naturopathy....
Morning empty stomach fresh neem leaves juice +turmeric+(made in home )+pepper+small amount of honey in warm water -option 1
Option 2 - any vegetable juice
BF: above recommend smoothie with dried rose petals + few coconut 4pieces (WELL AM FROM KERALA MY MOTHER STRICTLY TOLD ME TO INCLUDE COCONUT)
At 11am Tea palm sugar small amount
Lunch :boiled veggies or raw veggies +3 pods of garlic According to the climatic conditions+one glass of butter milk (black salt+jeera+pepper+5leaves pudina+corriander leaves +curry leaves+small price of ginger )
Evening:any pulses like black channa or boiled ground nut etc...
Night within 7pm- a glass of milk (turmeric+pepper+cardamom)-option 1
Option 2 any soups recommend by satwik moment option 3-one red banana
Only 3 options i kept according to my health condition

NOTE -NO COOKED FOODS FOR 2MONTHS
my hba1c level reducing yesterday i checked it is 5 nearly close to non diabetic and my weight reducing still am n process 5kgs reduced
5kgs ....i can reduce more but in intervals i had burger and samosa so the result was slow ....
So this is my journey still in process i will surely update....and one more thing my hair was so thin and slightly bald my skin was not shine but after drinking this smoothie and above mentioned things am not facing this problems .....i have medium length hair now not so thick but anyway in a comfort level ....

Hii all..I am here to update about this drink as I am taking it since a month along with caster, rosemary and alovera gel oil and it worked good, with in a month my hair fall reduced almost 50% and also prevent hair thinning. You should try it once n one more thing. I don't add banana in this, but I still have satisfying results.

I have heard doctor saying that dates (iron) and milk(calcium) should not be consumed together because it cancels out each other's benefits and we get nothing else in the end. So do your own research. Thanks for the recipe.

I don't think this smoothie contains complete high quality proteins, Vitamin D, Zinc, omega 3 fatty acids, etc which you get from meat & eggs. Also eggs & fish have very few calories so no tension of weight gain.
