Thank you so much. I Screwed with this tiller all afternoon only to realize the last guy stretched the spring and lost the gasket to the carb and had spacer upside down. Best video on this subject out there.
YOU HAVE MADE THE PEEFECT VIDEO I LOVE THAT YOU PIT THE PART NUMBERS IN BECAUSE I NEED TWO OF THEM DUE TO A FUEL LEAK IN THE FILLER! Thank you THANK you THANK YOU
I took my carb apart and cleaned it. There is a needle valve, carriage, pin and spring I've worked for two days trying to get the stinkig thing back together.aint never gonna happen with those tiny parts that all have to go in together. Looks like I'm gonna need a new carb. Any suggestions ???
I replaced the carb on mine but can't seem to get the air vane on right so the throttle works properly . any tips? there is no linkage to the carb besides that governor spring
I would compare your new carbs sail to your old/original sail to verify that it is identical. If it is identical, watch this video again because I show where it goes when I removed it. However, the sail should move freely and not bind anywhere.
I have the same tiller... my tiller doesn't have a lot of power when tilling, and it doesn't seem to want to reach full rpms.... any suggestions on why this is?
I would take off the carberator and completely clean it inside and out. The engine is very easy to work on. Just be very carefull when disassembling the engine as there are many small parts.

I'm glad I could help.

I worked on mine for 3 days. Finally took it to Ace. They have a shop in back of the store. Service man put it together in 5 minutes.

Where does the o-ring part number 570649A go on this carburetor?
I think it is on the gas tank if you look it has a place for a o ring!

About the tiller not getting to full rpms, another video addresses this issue it is Murray Rototiller with TC200 Engine from Anttiajt
Where do you order those parts using those numbers?
Good question... I'd also like to know.
