I bought a Zhiyun 4 crane a week ago, but it doesn't work at all, when I turn it on it asks for an upgrade and writes a (failure) message on the screen!
I have a MacBook Pro, I downloaded the firmware but it cannot be installed on a Mac device! please how can I fix this?!

The worst light I've ever tested, already at 20% power the fan makes a deafening noise, practically unusable for my videos. It's a shame because the underlying idea was very, very interesting.
