That's a S-tier intro: apologizing about framing while there's blurry blob in frame at the bottom of the screen. I hope that was intentional, because that is just perfect [chef's kiss emoji].

Watching this on a Sunday afternoon with coffee in hand and an Asahi Pentax Spotmatic SP with lots of potential as a personal DIY CLA project.

@@RompingBronco Do you recommend using sewing machine oil or watch oil when overhauling the SP? Thanks!

Even tho the framing is kinda bad, we can still make out what you're doing. So the video serves it's purpose (to me, at least). With this, I feel confident to open up my SP2 and figure out the weird meter and the squeaky curtains. Keep it up Mr. Bronco!!

Seriously good shit, man. Don’t sweat it on the framing. There’s still tons of great info here. As someone who’s watched your old spotmatic videos (many times), I can definitely see this being a good replacement series. Looking forward to part 2!

They looks so freaking easy to work woth T_T"
And also the fact that you are literally un-rusting the back of the camera just above the mirror box is top notch professional method here haha

So satisfying to watch, and interesting to see the inner workings of this camera. Do you also repair Nikon f’s? I just bought an f3, would love to see the inner workings of that camera!

It's all fun and games when the gunk can be taken off with swabs and cleaning alcohol but when the gunk is in there good and has become one with the camera its heartbreaking
