I had both Ty Chandler and Chris Godwin on my bench(50 points total) while Bijan put up 0.4, Michael Pittman got injured(hope he's ok). Also keep in mind I have steelers Defense on my team as well, so friendly fire was on for me.
I also had George kettle and Josh Allen(Allen put up 16, but even with 40 I wouldn't have won due to other busts)
He forgot about Nagee Harris with 1.4 points which almost screwed me from having a chance anymore

Also Ty on the bench. My bench outscored my opponents team. We have a 4 player bench but half of my opponents team were guy mentioned in this video.

I ran with Bijan, Gibbs, and Achane (Flex) for most of this season. Just when Gibbs finally started getting used over Montgomery... there goes Bijan, lol. TE wasn't much better, although one week I had Kittle and Goedert (Flex) both get me 20-ish. Although having Taysom as an occasional Flex option when Achane was hurt was fun.. but wildly inconsistent.
Moral of the story: Fantasy is a damn rollercoaster and nothing is predictable... except for Kyle Pitts being drafted early and their owner regretting it with each week.

@@Ihateethanhe333 they were both drafted in the first for a reason and I loved where they ended up, TBH. Figured Falcons would use Bijan to hide the fact they don't have a real QB, figured Gibbs was gonna be the younger and better Swift from last year, and I thought Achane was the best RB of this draft and figured his fit with the Dolphins with their track team offense would have him explode.
Rookie WRs, too! After seeing Tank Dell make everyone look foolish during drills, I thought he'd pop off this year.. I hate the size argument, being an Eagles fan seeing Devonta Smith play every week. Also had Puka Nacua as my other WR most of the time.

I remember at the beginning of the season I said that Bijan could legitimatly break 2000 yards rushing because of how good their offensive line is, how bad the quarterback situation was, and their running scheme. Now granted 2000 was maybe a bit optimistic, but i bet with a smart coach, he could have gotten close.
Nobody ever gets close to 2k in their rookie year. I could see around 1600 though
I had Travis Etienne, Justin Fields, DJ Moore, Zay Flowers, and Travis Kelce. Those 5 combined for 38.24 points. I lost my playoff game and that's how my first ever season of fantasy ends.

The fact that I left James Cook and Jordan Addison on the bench, yet I somehow only trail my opponent (who has CMC) by about 15 points has to say something about all the busts this week.
I’m so glad I had a bye week so diggs and aiyuk did not end up causing me to lose on their off week

This was my best fantasy week of the season! Finally got a little lucky. One “correct” decision I made months ago is NEVER start Bijan. No matter what.
I’m far from an expert, but I DO have experience. I’ve been playing FF for 21 years; started around the time I graduated high school. This season has been RIDICULOUSLY hard to predict. I also can’t recall a season with sooooo many key injuries. Feels good to finally have a week in which the vast majority of my decisions paid off. That hasn’t been the case too many times. Good riddance, 2023 NFL season.

My fantasy playoff game went from a shootout to a blowout. Tony Pollard and Dallas Defence against James Cook, Jalen Waddle and Miami Defence. It didn't help that I'm on my 4th QB (Russ) because no one can stay healthy lol.
i had bijan, achane, zay flowers, and the dallas defense... im just lucky that at least i have hope since my playoffs is two weeks per each matchup

Teams can double and triple cover Kelce since Mahomes doesn't really have any other option since no other receiver on the Chiefs seems to catch the ball.

My buddy has Kittle in our league and right now he's in first, but only by 1 game ahead of me.
Had to deal with starting Fields, DJ Moore, Derrick Henry, and the Tyreek and Keenan Allen injuries this week, but was able to pull out the win thanks to Kupp and LaPorta going beast mode again along with my opponents Lamar and Flowers stack not doing great

I respect the nod to Dhop's year after everyone said he would be bad to start the year and also despite him dropping these occasional eggs that are week killing. Kinda like the way his QB's kill the titans offense.
For Travis Kelce, having 85 receptions, 924 yards, and 5 TDs isn't a down year for most TEs.
To be fair, he's more WR1 than he is TE, especially this year. It should honestly be a code violation to have your only reliable receiver be your TE.

The guy I played in round one of the Playoffs had CJ Stroud, Olave, Mattison, Hill, and Pacheco. He still somehow put up 122 points. But I put up 144 for the win. Probably would have gotten killed if his entire team wasn’t gutted.

No, Travis has a point about Caleb. The dude is NOT Patrick Mahomes 2 unless you were to mean that he's overhyped like Patrick Mahomes.
The best QBs in the upcoming class are probably Daniels, Nix, and Maye. I do think Caleb can still be an NFL Starter, nothing phenomenal, like instead of the next Mahomes, he's the next Ryan Tannehill or Sam Darnold.
I started Kyler (dropped Mayfield for him) Etienne, Henry, Pittman, Kittle, and Aiyuk last week.
