The magnet test is not 100% accurate, some Kriegsmarine issued EK's have a brass core. These can be found in both WW1 and WW2 EK's. Also some of the repros coming out of China now are actual three piece construction and have magnetic cores. They can be VERY hard to detect, especially if they've been artificially aged. There are some tells on them though, and from handling genuine crosses you'll get a feel for what's right or wrong. As I remember the weight of the repros is also different from the real ones

Unfortunately none of the 3 methods is really meaningful. Genuine non-magnetic EKs exist, well made pieces don’t have a gap where you could slip a paper in and many don’t have manufacturer markings as you pointed out and fakers often do apply manufacturing markings.

Non magnetic iron crosses do excist and are real, there is no such thing as a Kriegsmarine iron cross, as someone states in a comment...
