I’m so glad that I don’t have to watch the same shows over and over again and now you’re providing us with new content and great content at that your skills are amazing and give me the confidence to try to do things myself instead of hiring out jobs that I can do myself
This channel is better than the TV version because it's not condescending to 40 minutes with the rest of the hr commercials. We even get to see the fails that you fix . Keep up the great camera work Jamie 👍
Watching you on the brake is pure talent. I have been a bodyman since I was 15. Men who showed me the trade taught me to make panels by hand forming. Not many of us left....lol. Patience is key. Your awesome to watch. Thanks!!!
I loved the desert shop but this location is awesome. You appear a lot more "at ease" doing your magic. Victor really came through with all the shelving. Corrugated metal...hilarious. Jamie is doing great. Y'all are cooking!
Thanks for working on the Zephyr again Ian. Something about that brand is compelling to look at. All years are beautiful, some more beautiful than others. And that shelving is a real find brother.
Love the Zephyr us old guys remember that look but custom is great when I was 17 help dad cut up an old 28 Buick with suicide doors would’ve loved to put that Zephyr grill on it
I’m a very old viewer and enjoyed the journey of watching immensely and still do and will continue to support your channel, however this channel is getting so much like the channel Bad Chad runs nothing ever gets finished ( which is expected from him he isn’t in Ians league as a metal fabricator /car builder)…but recently all we are getting here is yard art..sorry but that’s how I’m feeling ..😢
Reality TV has warped people's perceptions. People these days want instant gratification without putting in the work! This channel and Ian's work is real and for that reason I love it and eagerly anticipate every episode. As a car builder myself I know how long these projects take. I spent half the day yesterday just mounting signal lights on my custom truck! Ian's channel is an accurate account of custom car building, reality TV is not! Ian is an amazing custom car builder and to say that none of his projects get finished is nonsense! A simple Google search will show you several of his finished projects and they are all awesome! If you want instant gratification and to see a finished project in an hour or two I would suggest you skip these videos and go watch some unrealistic reality TV and leave this channel to the guys and gals that appreciate Ian and Jamie and their hard work!
How long do you think a project took to be fully completed on FCG? What are your expectations of a time frame of when YOU think something should be finished? Some of the projects that you see on FCG looked "done" but were far from it. Some took a year with a huge help from Victor and his team or people like our good friends Alan and Laura that would step in just to get it done for the TV show timeline. Bad Chad is doing his thing as he wants just like Ian is now. Instead of being critical and judgemental maybe take a step back to better understand why some TV "personalities" choose to come to RUclips.
So nice to have friends/customers like Victor to help out with the cost of outfitting a new shop. Also take sometime to rest. We will be here when you are rested and ready for a video. Also kudos to Jamie for her constantly improving videos. They're great!
This new place is awesome! This was the right move for sure. Also, Victor coming to the rescue with the shelves is perfect for sure. Thank you for this channel. If you might remember, I have been in rehab for this whole time, and these videos always make me day more enjoyable for sure! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! 👀👩🦳
It’s really nice to know that you can mess up once in awhile. 😁 I’ve learned over many years that it’s not that you mess up but what you do about it that counts. You worked that problem very well
Get some 3” heavy duty casters at Harbor Freight and weld them to the bottom of the shelves. We were able to stack two motorcycles - two per shelving unit to roll around the shop to give us storage room and floor space when needed. Got a 1 ton Harbor Freight chain lift in the rafters to pick up each bike as needed to place on the top shelf. Gave us ultimate flexibility
Imagine a bare metal Zephyr where the only paint is a gloss clear coat to prevent rust. Now imagine if the clear coat had metal flake to make it sparkle.
I would like to say Thank You to the hardest working people on RUclips Ian and Jamie how you take time to entertain and educate us all at the same time you are moving a home ,a business/ shop and working your day jobs . Holy cow Thanks Thanks and Thanks
I grew up in the desert under swamp coolers. If it gets too humid in the room they don't work as well as if you have a door or window open to let in some dry air. Cheers!
There’s very few channels I subscribe to that I can’t wait for the next episode! I need my Full Custom Ian fix and Drain addict! It’s an awesome day when they both post and today is an awesome day!
I wish you so much success on this move and wish you happiness in this new space, i rrally like watch your work and seeing what you do with the cars you find and make into really cool cars.......
I have been a fan for many, many, MANY years. Seeing how the both of you have grown with this here 'tube thingy is wonderful. BUT...............................I have come to think of you as a true Legend when it comes to the top customizers. And the fact that you keep it simple and geared to the novice builder is a bonus. Thank you.
ROFL Jamie!!! When the music started up while Ian was bending I had to go looking to see which browser tab had gone astray and started playing on its own (I was watching on my computer with stuff running in the background.)
If commenting helps the algorithm... here ya go. Love your content, Ian. It feels real and relatable. Just making it happen, and not stressing how cool you look along the way. That is cool
Before there were bead rollers there were breaks. Before there were mig welders there was gas welders. I do love the struggles on camera. We all do this and it’s fun to watch someone else do it. I was really wanting to see you pull it back out. Ian keeping it real.
Glad he got that in there! I must admit I had to laugh at Ian's pain too! Have done things like built awesome giant desk, then it wouldn't fit through the door!
Thank you guys for making a really nice place to hang out and enjoy the creative, free thinking process as well as the problem solving as challenges arise. You always amaze as you teach and share your talents. Love you❤
I love this guy ! Proud of u two . I'm a third generation Pontiac motors employee my grandpa was there for the first Pontiac to roll off the line . I was there for the last 😎 PMDKIDD ✌️🤟

The coolness of hand fabricating a corrugated trunk gives tribute to the early hot rodders who would often borrow chicken "coupe" siding because it was available.
Congratulations on your new shop. We look forward to more content after you get all the boxes unpacked and the pictures hung. Your channel is my favorite video entertainment these days!!
That's a sweet ride your building and I like 👍 it alot ,I like the stance shot from the side, looks are the most important good job my friend. Your hillix dime show was great ,especially the pup!

As much as I liked the format on the TV version of your shop adventures, this YT channel is wayyyyyy better.
Thank you! It is a lot easier for Ian to create this way. No timelines and he can just free flow after 9 grueling years of making a TV series ~ Jamie
I couldn’t agree more 👍🏻
I love the fact that you make everything instead of just going to the store and buying it.
This channel is better than the TV version because it's not condescending to 40 minutes with the rest of the hr commercials. We even get to see the fails that you fix .
Keep up the great camera work Jamie 👍
you have made impressive advancement with this channel in a short time span😁
Thank you! It is a lot of work, but we love it!

For me, you nailed it with the comment about Full Custom TV reruns. Gotta tune in here to continue watching Ian’s genius.
Thank you! And I will continue to do my best to showcase just how genius he is! ~. Jamie
Well …many others would jump at the opportunity of getting a tv show, but hey if it’s to much give it up…

Hi from Bonnie Scotland, great seeing the shop taking shape, love watching you fabricate in a very easy to understand method 👏👏👏
Thank you!! Scotland representing! 🙌
Amazing how cool you stayed with that little blip My wife calls it a success if a screwdriver doesnt go airborne. Love watching you do metal work
Hello from Chile! My hubby is a vintage VW collector and we enjoy watching your show. I think Jamie is a great contribution!

Ian, thanks for pushing thru your many, many stresses. I love your sharing your actual build process, No TV magic on your show!😊😊❤
Been watching Ian since I was 16. I'm 35 now so I must be considered a old follower now 😅😂😂

I like them too ~ Jamie
@@fullcustomIan thank you, Jamie! Ian is the only fabrication show she likes because Ian seems a kind soul.

You will grow to fit the available space. I did the same with my enormous shed 10 yrs ago. it's now completely full.🎉🎉

Jamie's contribution to the show really helps. I was concerned with the bleats; it would shrink the floor pan and it would be too small.
We couldn't do it without each other
