Yes, that's what you do when you have the money. You try to immerse yourself into the sim, and the wheel usually helps with that, especially when you don't have VR, because in certain cars you have limited visibility on the gear/screen, and you want to be able to see that. Also, different wheels feel different, and certain wheels can be used for rallying, drifting, etc. which you should have the stripe to indicate where the center point on the wheel is. Other wheels can have different button layouts, too. And in the midst of a corner like the Grand Hotel Hairpin at Monaco, where you are rotating the wheel a lot more than usual, the wheel can have different places for your hands to easily be placed on for better or worse.

Agree!! Man I’m keen to see how VR tech progresses in the next few years. At the moment the graphics are not on par with a monitor set up but even then people who have raced VR have said it’s the most immersive they’ve ever raced in sim. Imagine the realism when VR can emulate monitor graphical fidelity!

It always fascinated me how sim racers can go from F1 racing to Idrt Rally racing to GT3 racing and back to F1. Each race has it's own characteristics, each game has it's own settings, each car has it's own feeling....and you guys just beat them all! Congratulations!!

The best part is none of these crashes are forced, these are racing clips he has were he has crashed during the recording, that’s something I don’t like about other crash compilations, the crashes in other crash compilations looked or are forced. That’s a positive for this video, none of these crashes are forced.

I don't really think it helps with that, i think it's more to do with you not losing your finger from the airbag deployment or something when crashing, obviously there other reason why too but I don't think that it will make a big difference when racing GT cars
my brother broke his finger after using 100% force feedback playing f1 2019 and thats why kids u need to let go of the steering wheel everytime you crash and you set the force feedback to 100%
Nein sind 1080p, fpr 4K reicht meine Graka eh nicht. Slebst wenn ich einen 144Hz hätte würde ich nur 60 nutzen. Mehr als 60 finde ich überflüssig. Das Auge kann das eh nicht wahrnehmen. Ind gerade in Simulationen finde ich 60fps mehr asl ausreichend. Bei shootern woe COD sieht das dann aber natürlich nochmal anders aus.
