My goal this year is to buy more 60s/70s style clothes, I went to a vintage fair in my city a week ago and bought so many amazing vintage clothes, I’m very excited to begin my journey
In my personal experience, 60's and 70's inspired clothes are very expensive, mainly because of shipping. The price adds up to that of an original vintage piece from a local vintage boutique. So I want to support these businesses, but it is expensive for me unfortunately. I did manage to order a dress from Octopus' Garden when they have a sale, but unfortunately I can't shop at places like that regularly. That being said, I get why the prices are high, because the quality of my dress is amazing and I'll treasure it forever.
I totally understand that vintage clothes can be insanely expensive. Have you tried some charity shops? Or many something like vinted? I always try to find shop online but in my own country if I want to keep the shipping coast down 💌
