The Latin text, "Caritas et amor" translates "Charity and Love". The complete statement, then, is "Where charity and love exist, God is there." This work was commissioned by Northwest Missouri State University, Stephen Town, Conductor. (The RUclips recording was made by the same.) This work has been performed for the feast of St. John the Baptist at high mass at the Vatican every year since 2009.
