That wasn't a pizza trust me. You have to bump up the pizza from 12 hours to about 96hours, not surely in 2 hours. Baking the pizza for 25 minutes like gets too crispy at the border, and the wood oven is the key for an ITALIAN pizza

During the aftermath of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico we did the same thing to make pizza without an oven.
We had the entire Community involved in making the pizza.
I used my Firepit and a Galvanized steel garbage can to cover the pizza.
We didn't want the children to feel afraid during the storm. When the Hurricane passed the children became very apprehensive about the future and relief efforts that were not reaching us. Once when my Neighbor who worked for the Mayor went and demanded assistance for our Community we got some MREs and water. Then on the third day after the Hurricane we got running water. But what was needed was electricity which didn't come for several months. So my neighbors and I kept our Community together and made the best out of a bad situation. It was a disaster that became an adventure.
