Yeah Grandpa, use those hands! Forget the gloves, cook it the way you do. Heartless dislikes from judgmental people, it's not like he's a chef working at 5 star restaurant. He is cooking outside on a farm for orphans, the homeless and the disabled. I'm sure they could care less whether he wore gloves, I'm sure they are just grateful that he and the rest of Grandpa Kitchen cooked a nice meal for them. Good for you, that is impressive. I speak multiple languages as well. However, I think the point that was being made......(long pause to show irritation in your jerk like comment)...... The point was that Grandpa does have a lot of English speaking viewers and supporters. It is pretty cool to see that HE is learning in the process of all of this. I am tell you, watching these videos I have learned words I did not know before. So this has been a fun experience. Her initial comment was very pleasant and fun. This has to be the most tastiest and rich biryani ever. I dont even think they serve this high quality biryani in any 5 or 7 star hotels anywhere in india. Kudos to granpa and other guy for not compromising when it comes to ingredients.

Get Copper Vessels, reduce Masala to half and prepare it with raw marinated meat not half cooked.
Marinate meat with all the ingredients in copper vessel and keep it for minimum 45 minutes. After boil rice till they are 60-70% cooked and drain entire water. Now keep copper vessel on burner and layer Fried Onion, Mint, Corriender and same oil in which onion was fried. After layer rice on it. After rice again a small layer of fried onion, mint leaf, corriender leaf, Cefran + Milk and Desi Ghee.
Now, lock copper vessel's lid like you did and let it cook in medium-light flames for 30-45 minutes.
After put half of fire/coals on top and let it on dum for another 10-15 mins as per meat's condition.
Now open, mix and serve with Raita and thats called Dum Pukhat(In North Pakistan)/Hyderabadi Dum Biryani(In India).
REMEMBER! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PREPARED BIRYANI MASALA THEN PUTTING EXTRA RED CHILLI, TURMERIC AND MUTTON MASALA IS BULLSHIT.
