You can use the flat little wallet for travel to put your passport, airline tickets, hotel documents in to stay organized. It will work for one but if you have kids it won't work for more than one set of documents.

The neverfull pouch holds all my paper items when I use it with the neverfull. When I use it as a clutch it fits my lv key pouch, my 6 key holder, air pod pro, hand cream, hand sanitizer and my iPhone 12.
You should get a bag organizer. I found one on Etsy for my Neverful. It made a world of difference. I can't get into the pouch either. It's too flat! Lol.
