Round 2. I use these silicone ear plugs to try and lock up the diffs on my 1/5 Fg Rc car. This should work on any Rc car really, but I’m trying it out on my 5th scale. A diff locker of sorts.
The first time around I used diff fluid and sealant. And it ended up breaking down and leaking.

That's the same exact ear plugs i run. It works really well but I have found mixing in some 20 million helps a little more. The little added 20mil helps keep me from blowing out rear diffs. I use the ear plug / 20 mil combo in all of my center diffs on 5th scales.

Nice. I’ve been using it for a few outings now, and they seem to work good. I topped them off after the first outing as well. When I cleaned the parts, I left a little fluid in there just to lubricate things

Made the car go faster. I have to do some more tuning, to get the car to hook up though
