Thanks for posting this. The alignment is what gives me fits! I might recommend that you look at your crumb tray - it appears that it isn't in place correctly (you can see the wood table under the machine if you look at the back of your work area). If that isn't placed right, it will not seal and you will get those nasty fumes!

To rotate make sure tumbler is all the way down on rollers
It was seems like there was something else in order for the design to go all the way around.
Normally with glass (like wine glasses) I use black chalk paint and then laser etch. I wonder if the same concept would work on the glass tumbler? I’m super curious to try it! I always worry about breaking glass with my laser 😅
I wonder too. But I never worried about breaking it but there wasn’t an actual glass setting. Just ceramic if I remember correctly

When the bottom of cup is too large you insert claws into the cup
how did you get it to hold the Tumblers good? mine doesn't like to grip stuff good, and it shifts while it's rotating
Mines seems to be held tights both of them. But I gotta find out how to make it rotate. Maybe I missed a setting.
Insert the claws inside the cups instead of holding from outside.
