Chocolate glaze:
white chocolate - 100 g
butter - 30 g
Jelly:
water - 400 ml
transparent jelly - 1 pack
gelatin - 1 tsp.
Cake decorating cream:
butter - 100 g
icing sugar - 100 g
cream cheese - 300 g
Decoration:
pomegranate - 1 pc.
orange - 1 pc.
lemon - 1 pc.
kumquats - 150 g
grapes (various) - 150 g
fresh mint - 1 bunch
