  • I love love love this dish. My dad used to cook this often for us when he was still with us. This dish is so easy to cook and it goes so well with rice. I actually made a video on how to cook Stir Fry Pork w/ Sichuan Vegetable before (using my own recipe) but I decided to get Roland to show you his version as well. If you haven't tried this dish before, try it and let us know what you think.

    Ingredients:
    Serves 4-6- pax
    300g of pork waist fillet (cut into strips or slices or even minced)
    1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
    1 teaspoon of cornflour
    A few dashes of white pepper
    Some cooking oil
    2 cloves of chopped garlic
    150g of Sichuan preserved vegetables (cut into strips)
    1 cup of water
    1/2 teaspoon of sugar
    Some cornstarch solution

    When i was young, my mom would cook this dish i dont know how to appreciate it . But now i love this dish as i age, delicious and simple👍

    Hi Roland, this is such a yummy every day simple dish. Used to have it often but it has disappeared a Long time ago. Thanks for reviving it. Keep all these simple daily dishes coming. We have lost the skills to produce good nourishing food and embrace the fast food chains now - what a pity!!!!

    Thanks for this recipe! So good I needed 2 bowls of rice! I replaced with pork belly & forgot the garlic 🤦🏼‍♀️ but just as good!! 👌👌👌

    Mmmmmm... pork with sichuan vegetables taste so good but very salthy. That taste so delicious and tender pork. With rice taste great. Great dish. See u next time.

    It's so simple and quick to cook. Will it work with chicken instead of pork? Don't like the gamey smell and taste which happens sometimes despite buying fresh. Thought you would have added a bit of Chinese wine and was surprised you didn't.

    Is waist fillet the same as tenderloin pork?
